  • Develop long-term communication plans to ensure all content produced by the team promotes and reinforces CG-9 objectives
  • Oversee creation of all acquisition updates, fact sheets, and other content for the Acquisition Directorate (CG-9) website; write content promoting developments in the aviation acquisition portfolio (e.g., helicopter, aircraft, and unmanned aircraft system updates and other major program milestones)
  • Drive the communication plan for the CG-9 newsletter  and write articles covering developments in aviation acquisition programs, features about professional development, and other features; includes editing of all articles and proofreading final copy; articles are occasionally reprinted in other venues
